Approach

One week. Three phases.

Every project runs the same process, in this order, over five working days. It keeps scope honest and gives both sides a clear point of reference for where things stand.

  1. 01

    Discovery & Design

    Day 1

    We go through the business, the customers it's trying to reach, and what the current site (or lack of one) is costing it. That turns into a design direction and a structure for the site.

  2. 02

    Build & Content

    Days 2–4

    The approved design gets built out — pages, copy, imagery, and the functional details that make a site usable rather than decorative.

  3. 03

    Review & Launch

    Day 5

    A final pass together, adjustments where needed, then the site goes live on the business's own domain.

HBX Co is Henry — one designer and developer, working directly with each client from first call to launch. There's no account manager relaying notes and no junior team picking up the actual work.

That's also why the client list stays small. A handful of projects a quarter is what one person can give proper attention to, and the work is better for it.
